Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS upon successful booking.
  • The hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

  • If applicable, consultation fees must be paid during the booking process to secure the appointment.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except under certain cancellation terms mentioned below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 Hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty or forfeiture of fees.

Arrival Time

  • Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • Delayed arrival may result in the appointment being rescheduled, subject to availability.

Emergency Cases
